Employee's Mental Health Issues

Now a day, people mental health is degrading at a rapid rate. According to the statistics:
1.       43 percent believes that the mental well being level of the employees has been degraded in past two years.
2.       51 percent felt that working days lost to mental health issues had increased.
3.       Only 5% said it had improved.
4.       Stress is the most common ingredient of the mental illness which is reported in 88 percent of organizations consists of 85% of depression and 3% of anxiety.
It is a very serious problem which should be addressed quicker.  It is difficult to identify stress and depression as they are not physical attributes. A manager or working colleague cannot identify these issues. A counselling service or a proper training should be provided to managers in this situation.
