According to a report published in Harvard Business Review, out of 20,000 hires during a three year research period, 46 percent had failed in the first 18 months and only 19 percent achieved success. When you recruit people, the main goal of your organization is to select best employee. The main disadvantage is that you cannot read minds, you have to depend upon the resumes, degrees and on the information provided by the candidate in the interview process. Half candidates lie during their interview. It may affect the productivity and revenues of your organization. In worst scenario, you may need to pay penalties.
